Isn't it funny when life comes full circle?! Suffolk Punch Brewing was my very first stop the day I moved to Charlotte on September 22nd, 2018. It was actually my birthday! I unloaded the car with the help of my parents, then they headed back to Ohio and I decided to take myself out in the Queen City for a birthday celebration! I walked right over to SPB to grab a drink and order some food (Photo evidence included of baby Miranda and my first drink in CLT at Suffolk Punch in South End). I'll never forget the moment sitting down in the courtyard soaking up the gorgeous weather and good vibes radiating from the brewery! I knew in that moment that Charlotte was my forever home. Fast forward to 5 years later, I am now partnering with this incredible team to create a deliciously crisp blueberry beer. Fun fact: I used to crush blueberry beer at my favorite hole in the wall bar back in Columbus, Ohio (where I grew up). When the opportunity knocked to work with Suffolk on a Spring/Summer beer...Blueberry was only right! I am so excited for the WTEC Community to try it!
