Vibe: Massive, New-York style pies with a serious emphasis on cleaner ingredients! Unbleached flour, organic tomatoes, and meats sourced locally from Chop Shop Butchery. They keep things simple, fresh, and always seed oil free. Perfect for grabbing a whole meal for under $10 at lunch or feeding the fam for under $50.
Must Order: The Garden, Roni, Zippy-Ki-Yay.. dipped in The Zip Sauce.
2. Lincoln Street Kitchen & Cocktails

Vibe: A chic restaurant and cocktail bar that’s chef-driven and ingredient focused. Everything on the menu is crafted from scratch, no seed oils here- only intentional, high-quality cooking. They also have an incredible brunch!
Must Order: Menu Rotates Frequently but trust me when I say.. it’s ALL good.

Vibe: Chef + Owner, Trey Wilson, is all about seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and scratch-made everything. Flour Shop is a Charlotte staple that combines open kitchen dining with neighborhood feels. Their commitment to seed oil free cooking makes the experience that much better.

Vibe: Pizza Baby is in my top 3 favorite pies in Charlotte. It’s fun, fresh, funky and focused on the highest quality ingredients you can find. Their pies are crafted seed oil free, cold fermented dough, and local ingredients. I eat a whole pie every single time I dine.
Must Order: The Entire Menu! The Queen Margherita is my go-to with pesto, Italian tomatoes, Siano Mozzerella and basil.
5. Sweetgreen

Vibe: Sweetgreen is my twice per week fix. It’s fast, casual and the ingredients are TOP TIER for a salad and bowl concept. They blow me away. And yes, it’s seed-oil free! Think bowls loaded with seasonal produce, house-made dressings, and sustainable proteins.
