Where to Eat in NoDa, Charlotte
A mini local guide to a few must-visit restaurants, bars, and cafes in one of Charlotte’s most eclectic, artsy & unique neighborhoods.
NoDa (short for North Davidson) is one of Charlotte’s most awesome neighborhoods — filled with some seriously good food. From cozy cocktail bars to local coffee shops and Detroit-style pizza, there’s something here for everyone!
Here are my go-to spots in NoDa — all locally owned, all worth the hype.
1. Ever Andalo

Ever Andalo is your cozy, Italian gem in the heart of NoDa. Known for their house-made pasta, perfected wine list & intimate ambiance. This is one of the most romantic dinner spots in the neighborhood. The vibe is rustic, warm, and perfect for a date night or girls night out!
2. Zämbies Pizza

Zambie’s is bringing BOLD, flavorful pies to the Queen City. I just had my first HUGE slice last week and it was totally delicious and very memorable. From classic pepperoni to inventive white pies and garlic knots that disappear in seconds, this is a go-to and much needed addition to NoDa!
3. Bar à Vins
Address: 3205 N Davidson St.

Tucked just off the main strip, Bar à Vins is a French-inspired wine bar with major Euro charm. The wine list leans natural, the small plates are crafted to perfection, and the space is moody and intimate — ideal for date nights or a good ole night to yourself!
4. The Goodyear House
Address: 3032 N Davidson St.

Built into a 1900s mill home, The Goodyear House serves elevated comfort food with a Southern twist. From their iconic smoked cashew mac to the charming garden patio, this spot is a must for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Bonus: the patio is awesome!
5. Salud Cerveceria

This two-level space is a craft beer lover’s dream. Downstairs you’ve got a bottle shop and taproom, and upstairs you’ll find Salud Cerveceria — a brewery serving in-house beers and some of the best wings in the city. It’s always buzzing with locals.
6. Local Loaf

Local Loaf is one of NoDa’s hidden gems for brunch. With everything made from scratch (especially the bread), this is the place for over-the-top biscuit sandwiches, loaded breakfast burgers, and hearty, feel-good dishes that hit the spot every time.
7. The Hobbyist
Address: 2100 N Davidson St

Craft coffee, beer, wine, n/a options, cocktails, wine market.. They have it all! I also really enjoy this laid back, earthy space that is perfect to meet up with a friend for a chat. A neighborhood favorite. And open late! (well later than most)
8. Brooks' Sandwich House

Address: 2710 N Brevard St.
Serving burgers since 1973, Brooks’ is a NoDa institution. It’s cash-only, open for lunch only, and completely no-frills — but the chili cheeseburger here is legendary. It’s an essential stop if you want to taste old-school Charlotte.

Also if you’re looking for the most beautiful serene space to grab a glass of wine and hangout, Rosie’s Coffee & Wine Garden is seriously a city favorite of mine! I love nature so this spot really chills me out. The historic McGill Rose Garden is so special and truly leaves you feeling like you took a little oasis vacation from the city. Located in NoDa!
